JOB TITLE: Advanced Composite Technician I - 2nd Shift

LOCATION: Savannah, GA

PAY RATE: $21.21/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Manufacture composite aircraft parts to meet specifications in a team-oriented environment.

• Meet required manufacturing competency standards as outlined in the Employee Effectiveness Review.

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations.

• Inspect work to ensure defect-free assemblies prior to inspection.

• Maintain accurate logs and records (e.g., MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs, DR/DI).

• Keep work area neat and organized; support FOD prevention, 5S initiatives, and safety regulations.

• Participate in Lean activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Basic computer skills.

• Minimum 1 year of related composite experience.

• Ability to work with composite resins and materials.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and a 6" scale.

• Must meet the physical requirements of the position.

• Must be able to work any shift.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
